Yancie Davis, founder of Yanky Doodle Design, was born in 1984 in Oakland, CA. He has been drawing since a very young age, when he would draw buckethead people on typing paper his mother brought from home.

A young entrepreneur, his first professional design was a logo he designed for Bethel Missionary Baptist Church's Dr. Herbert Guice Christrian Academy at the age of 12. Since then, he has gone on to do a variety of work for individuals, families, community organizations and businessess. All of his graphic design and web design skills are self taught, never having taken a class for either discipline in all of his schooling.

Yancie holds a B.A. in Globalization and Consumer Behavior from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing a MBA at San Francisco State University. Yancie is passionate about community service and giving back to his community......and he is a LEO.
